Info: Lemon balm has a gentle lemon scent and is in the mint family of plants. It is often used as an herbal tea for its purported antibacterial and antiviral properties, as well as for reducing stress and inducing sleep. More scientific evidence is needed to rate the effectiveness of lemon balm for these uses.
