Yerba Mate (also referred to simply as Mate) is a stimulating, naturally-caffeinated herbal tea. Traditionally enjoyed in a hollow gourd (mate) through a bombilla. The flavor of brewed yerba mate is strongly vegetal, herbal, and grassy and is reminiscent of some varieties of strong green tea.
Tea: Steep 1 Tablespoon in hot water for 5 - 10 minutes
Infusions: Combine with carrier oil or honey
